About NBRS

We turn moments into photographs families own.

NBRS started in 2022 with a frustration: youth-sports photography was either “the volunteer dad with a DSLR” or “$40 for a JPEG with a watermark you couldn't remove.” Both options left teams without the deliverable, parents without the photos, and the photographers without a business.

We built the platform we wanted to use: drag-drop upload, watermarked previews that lift on purchase, Stripe Tax built into checkout, Stripe Connect payouts on a documented schedule, and an iOS app so parents who live on their phones can find their kid's photos with two taps.

Today we partner with clubs, schools, leagues, and production crews. The capture team and the gallery team are the same team — so when something changes on the field, we can ship it before the bus pulls back in.

Values

The three things we won't flex on.

Hours, not weeks.

If a gallery isn't in family inboxes by the end of the day after the game, we haven't done our job. Median delivery: 18 hours.

Don't paywall the photo.

Browsing the gallery is free. Watermarks come off when families buy what they actually want — not before.

Photographers get paid.

Stripe Connect Express, mileage included, on a documented schedule. No spreadsheet-driven invoice chase.
